1. Subscription Billing
Darkrr subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Users are responsible for managing and canceling their subscriptions.
2. No Refund Policy
Unless required by law, subscription payments and digital services are non-refundable.
This includes:
- Membership fees
- Creator upgrades
- Digital platform access
- Premium features
- Platform credits
3. Non-Refundable Credits
Any platform credits, boosts, or digital balances are non-refundable and have no cash value.
4. Accidental Purchases
Users are responsible for confirming purchases before checkout.
Refunds for accidental purchases are not guaranteed and are reviewed case-by-case.
5. Fraud and Chargebacks
Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent bans
- Loss of platform access
- Reporting to payment processors
6. Cancellation Rules
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund prior payments.
Access may continue until the end of the active billing period.
7. Exceptional Cases
Darkrr reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in exceptional situations.
