Darkrr is a private, premium network built for serious digital creators. These Community Guidelines exist so that Darkrr remains a place creators want to be. By using Darkrr, you agree to follow them. Breaking them may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent removal at our sole discretion.
1. No Illegal Content
You may not post, share, or solicit anything that violates the law in the United States or the jurisdiction you operate from. This includes but is not limited to: trafficking, drug sales, financial fraud, weapons sales, or theft of others' property.
2. No Sexual Content Involving Minors
There is zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind. Any account found uploading, sharing, or soliciting such material will be permanently banned and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement.
3. No Harassment, Hate Speech, or Threats
You may not target individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic. Threats of violence, doxxing, and coordinated harassment will result in immediate account termination.
4. No Spam, Scams, or Fraudulent Activity
Mass-following, mass-messaging, fake follower schemes, phishing, impersonation of brands or platforms, fake giveaways, and pyramid-scheme content are not permitted. Authentic creator behavior is the standard.
5. Respect Intellectual Property
You may only upload content you own or are licensed to use. Repeated copyright infringement claims will result in account suspension under our DMCA process. To file a takedown notice, contact [email protected].
6. No Impersonation
You may not impersonate another person, creator, brand, or public figure in a way intended to deceive. Parody and commentary accounts must clearly identify themselves as such.
7. Account Identity & Security
One person, one account. Do not share credentials. Do not sell or transfer your account. Use a strong password and enable available security features. We may suspend accounts that show signs of takeover or bot activity.
8. No Adult Content Without Tier Compliance
Darkrr is not an adult-content platform. Nudity, sexually explicit material, and graphic violence are not permitted in public feeds, posts, or live streams. Specific tier-gated areas may be subject to additional restrictions.
9. Live Streaming & Voice Spaces
Hosts are responsible for what happens in their streams and spaces. Tolerating harassment from co-hosts or guests is a violation. Recording and re-uploading other creators' streams without permission is prohibited.
10. Reporting & Moderation
If you see content that violates these guidelines, report it through the Report button on the post, profile, or message. Our moderation team reviews every report. Repeated false reports may themselves result in action against your account.
11. Consequences
We may take any of the following actions for violations:
- Remove the offending content
- Issue a written warning
- Temporarily suspend posting / messaging / live-streaming
- Permanently ban the account and forfeit any active subscription credit
- Report to law enforcement when legally required

12. Appeals
If you believe your account was actioned in error, email [email protected] within 30 days. Decisions on appeal are final.
13. Changes
These guidelines may evolve as the Darkrr community grows. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification and a refresh of this page's effective date.
